Girls Tennis Defeats Wren

The Easley Green Wave Girls Tennis Team defeated the Wren Hurricanes at home Wednesday night.  Erin Kaisner, a senior at EHS, came away with her 5th win at #3 Singles!  We have home games Monday – Thursday next week, 10/5 – 10/8, come out and support the Green Wave.

EHS Volleyball Sweeps Laurens

The EHS Varsity Volleyball Team swept Laurens on the road Tuesday evening by the score of 3-0.  Easley improves to 8-3, 6-3 on the season and will travel to TL Hanna on Thursday evening for a 7:00 PM start.

Football Falls at Laurens

The Varsity Football team absorbed a tough loss on the road at Laurens Friday night by the score of 27-14.  After tying the game at 14 early in the 3rd quarter, the Green Wave failed on two first and goals inside of the 10 and then fumbled on the Laurens 1 for a touchback.  Coach

Volleyball Falls to Greenwood

EHS Volleyball lost a tough home match last night to visiting Greenwood High School by the final of 3-1.  Both teams played extremely well with Greenwood finishing off points when they had the opportunity to take the match.  EHS JV Volleyball swept Greenwood 2-0.

EHS Girls Tennis Update

The EHS Girls Tennis Team has been competing hard over the past week.  On 9/17, the ladies defeated the Westside Lady Rams by the score of 7-0.  Ellis Liddle, Katie Graham, Erin Kaisner, Malory Galloway, Meriweather Galloway all had individual wins while Sydney Smith and Rosie Edwards won on the doubles side. Volleyball Sweeps Greenville

The Lady Green Wave Volleyball team swept Greenville HS on Tuesday night to improve to 8-2, 6-2 on the season.  EHS hosts Greenwood tonight with JV beginning at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Volleyball Wins at Woodmont

The EHS Green Wave Volleyball Team improved to 6-2 overall and 4-2 in Region 1 action, with their 3-1 victory at Woodmont on Tuesday night.  They will be back in action tonight as they will host Westside with JV beginning at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Green Wave Calms Hurricane 49-15

The Easley High School Football Team used a balanced offense along with a physical defense to calm the Wren Hurricane into nothing more than a late summer shower on Friday night by the final of 49-15.  Offensively, TD’s were reigning in from the air and arriving by ground through multiple personnel while a swarming defense

Girls Tennis Knocks Off Hillcrest

The EHS Girls Tennis Team earned their first victory of the season at Hillcrest on Thursday evening by a 4-3 margin.  Easley used a strong team effort to outlast the Rams.

Gettys Falls to Powdersville 20-12

Gettys MS Football self-destructed having 3 touchdowns called back due to penalties on Thursday night versus Powdersville.  An early TD pass was erased due to an ineligible lineman down field and then 2 spectacular runs were both called back due to holding penalties.
