Each month the Sport Clips Spotlight will recognize our outstanding student-athletes who have accomplished great achievements or have demonstrated characteristics deserving of recognition. 

The following Easley High student-athletes are being acknowledged for their character, academic accomplishments, leadership skills, and service to others.

What sport(s) do you participate in at Easley High?

Volleyball, Track and Field

What is your favorite inspirational quote and who said it?

“A champion is defined not by their wins but by how they can recover when they fall” Serena Williams

Who is your favorite professional athlete & why?

Kerri Walsh Jennings because she continues to surprise, amaze, and inspire me to never give up.

What is your favorite meal to eat?

El Jimador – los alambres

What is your favorite sports-related memory?

Beating Daniel this yearand having THE SPIKE ZONE supporting us

What is one thing on your bucket list?

Vacationing in Greece

What is one word that describes you & why?

Determined; Because I always give 110% and never give up in anything I do.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Graduating college as a pharmaceutical rep, living in North Carolina and having a gray cat.

Ric Flair because to be the man, you gotta beat the man.

Steak and potatoes

Deshawn Watson’s game-winning pass to Hunter Renfrow in the National Championship

What is one thing on your bucket list?

To go skydiving

What is one word that describes you & why?

Determined; I don’t let adversity bring me down and I always strive to be the best

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years, I plan to be in dental school fulfilling my dream of being a pediatric dentist.
