50 Year Reunion of 1967 State Championship Scheduled

A celebration of the undefeated 1967 Football State Championship is currently in the planning stages as of Friday afternoon.  Three players (Keith Godfrey, Grady Gaston, and Rick Gilstrap) along with former Head Coach Larry Bagwell met with EHS Principal Gary Culler and Athletic Director Gill Payne on Friday to begin the preparations of the event.

Five EHS Student-Athletes Sign NLI

Three EHS senior baseball players will be recognized as members of The Greenville News 2017 Upstate Sports Awards.   Logan Chapman (P/DH) and Austin Morgan (P/C) both earned 1st Team honors while Chase Stephens (1B) was tabbed as a 2nd Team selection.

Head Coach Josh Warner Honored

EHS Baseball Coach, Josh Warner, has been recognized as Region 1-5A Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season.  Coach Warner guided the Green Wave to the Region 1-5A Championship and a District 1-5A Championship Game appearance.

Logan Chapman Named 5A Player of the Year

EHS senior Logan Chapman has been selected 5A Baseball Player of the Year by the South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association.  Along with this honor, Logan has also been recognized on the 5A All-State Team, Player of the Year in Region 1-5A, and is a finalist for SC Gatorade Player of the Year.
